Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has pblished its 2024 recruitment drive for non-executive cadre positions. this recruitment is open under Advertisement No. HAL/HD/HR/TM/TBE/2024/02, is specifically for tenure-based roles for diploma technicians and operators,

  • Diploma Technician (Mechanical) – 8 posts

  • Diploma Technician (Mechanical) – FSR – 2 posts

  • Diploma Technician (Electrical) – 2 posts

  • Diploma Technician (Electrical) – FSR – 3 posts

  • Diploma Technician (Electronics) – 21 posts

  • Diploma Technician (Electronics) – FSR – 14 posts

  • Diploma Technician (Chemical) – 1 post

  • Operator (Electronic Mechanic) – 2 posts

  • Operator (Fitter) – 1 post

  • Operator (Painter) – 2 posts

  • Operator (Turner) – 1 post




These roles are further categorized under various reservations for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and UR. In addition, 14.5% of positions are reserved for ex-servicemen, and 4% for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD)​(TBO NOTIFICATION 07.11.…).


 ELIGIBILTY 


  • Diploma Technician (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics): Full-time regular diploma in the relevant field from a recognized institution.

  • Operator Roles (Electronic Mechanic, Fitter, Painter, Turner): NAC/ITI (National Apprenticeship Certificate) in the relevant trade.


    

AGE LIMIT 

The maximum age limit as of 24-11-2024 is:

  • 28 years for General and EWS candidates.
  • 31 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates.
  • 33 years for SC/ST candidates.
  • Additional age relaxations apply for ex-servicemen and PwBD candidates​(TBO NOTIFICATION 07.11.…).


  SALARY 


  • Diploma Technicians: Basic pay of ₹23,000 per month.
  • Operators: Basic pay of ₹22,000 per month.

MODE OF SELECTION

The selection process for HAL Non-Executive Cadre Recruitment 2024 includes a written test held in Hyderabad

Based on test scores, candidates will be shortlisted for document verification and a medical examination.
